L’attività consiste nell’affiancare il cliente in tutte le controversie che potrebbero sorgere tra il contribuente e l’amministrazione. Nelle nostra lunga esperienza, abbiamo maturato la consapevolezza che molte questioni, si possono risolvere con la presenza di persona presso l’addetto responsabile dell’ufficio, evitando così al cliente fastidiosi contenziosi, che invece diventano necessari per questioni di grave entità e soprattutto laddove l’ufficio non vuole porre rimedio ad interpretazioni univoche discutibili e pretestuose.
